Woman allegedly steals ambulance
Mass. resident charged in Buffalo
A Cambridge woman was arrested Sunday morning outside Buffalo, N.Y. for allegedly stealing an ambulance and leading police on a high-speed chase before crashing the vehicle in a nearby town, authorities said. Heather Sullivan, 37, allegedly stole the ambulance while it was parked on the emergency room ramp at Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo - where she was a patient - at about 6:30 a.m., according to Buffalo police.
