BROCKTON, Mass.—Police say a 17-year-old Brockton youth riding his bicycle has died after a collision with an oil delivery truck.

Justin Gonzalez was near his home just before noon on Wednesday when the crash occurred.

Family members tell The Enterprise (http://bit.ly/tZnIaH) that Gonzalez was a night school student through the Community Schools program in Brockton. He was a BMX and dirt bike enthusiast who loved riding, performing tricks, repairing and customizing bikes.

Fred Niccoli, co-owner of Niccoli Bros. Discount Oil, confirmed that one of his company drivers was involved in the accident but did not reveal his name.

No charges have been filed.
