Boston’s Food Truck program is set to kick off on July 13 in 15 new permanent locations, where different vendors will rotate serving a variety of foods, according to Mayor Thomas M. Menino. As part of the Mayor’s Healthy Food Initiative, each truck must offer a healthy menu option to participate. Trucks will be located in multiple areas around Boston, including the Fenway, the South End, and Dorchester.
