Two young Medford men have been charged in the beating of at least two men, one of whom is homeless, near Back Bay Station in Boston early Sunday, according to transit police. Marc Sico and James J. Marino, both 19, were arrested about 3:15 a.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon, a shod foot, according to police. Pleas of not guilty were entered for both suspects at Boston Municipal Court yesterday, and they were released on their own recognizance and told to stay out of Boston between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., according to Jake Wark, spokesman for the Suffolk district attorney’s office. Boston Police also received information about another assault on Dartmouth Street, and more charges are expected, Wark said. Police did not identify the victims in either case. Sico and Marino are expected back in court on May 20.
