BOSTON—Two teens and a 20-year-old man have been indicted in the slaying of a pizza delivery driver who police say was lured into a vacant home, then robbed and stabbed to death.
Alexander Gallett, his girlfriend Family Mathurin, and Michel St. Jean -- all Boston residents -- were indicted by a grand jury Tuesday in the death of 58-year-old Richel Nova. The three were arrested in September.
Prosecutors have said Mathurin called the Domino's pizza shop where Nova worked and lured him inside the vacant home by telling him she had to get her wallet.
The indictments charge Gallett, Mathurin and St. Jean with first-degree murder, armed robbery, and breaking and entering. They are scheduled to be arraigned in Suffolk Superior Court Wednesday. It was unclear if any had hired attorneys.
