Six people suspected of being part of a network of drug dealers in Dorchester were arrested yesterday in the Franklin Hill and Franklin Field neighborhoods, police said. The men, who are from Boston, Norwood, and Stoughton and are between the ages of 17 and 21, face an array of charges, including conspiracy to violate drug laws, distribution in a school ...
