From scraggly bushes in Edgartown, a handful of news photographers trained long lenses on the Vineyard Golf Club, where President Obama was playing a round. Only the most patient — and lucky — photographers managed to make any publishable pictures of the president’s golf outing Friday, his first full day of a 10-day trip on Martha’s Vineyard.
