Says decisions are up to DSS
A top official at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield defended his hospital yesterday as having an ''outstanding pediatric intensive care unit," after a governor's panel found its doctors responsible for initiating a premature order to remove life support for 12-year-old Haleigh Poutre.
