QUINCY -- Senator John F. Kerry warned yesterday that Iran's nuclear ambitions pose a ''deadly serious" threat to world security, and said that the US invasion of Iraq, and the doctrine of pre-emptive strikes, have probably accelerated Iran's weapons program. (Full article: 378 words)
