The Friends of the Carlisle Council on Aging and Friends of the Gleason Public Library are offering a four-part health series beginning Wednesday at 7 p.m. The first talk will be on sleep and health, led by Neil Kruszkowski, director of cardiopulmonary/meurology/sleep disorders at Emerson Hospital. Other sessions will be on Heart Healthy Prevention and Intervention on April 16 at 1:30 p.m. with cardiovascular specialist Dr. Lincoln Pinsky; Oral Health/Overall Health on April 30 at 7 p.m. with Dr. Andrea Richman; and Understanding Arthritis with Dr. Alan Marks.
