A Salem, N.H. man faces multiple charges following his arrest Friday night after he allegedly collided head-on with a police cruiser, the Boston Globe reported.
Police told the Globe officers found a white Mercedes parked at an apartment complex that matched the description of a vehicle a caller earlier reported to police was being driven recklessly.
According to the Globe, police said they found Luis Figueroa asleep at the wheel of that Mercedes.
Police told the Globe that when Figueroa awoke he sped off in the car striking parked vehicles then several cruisers at the scene.
After striking two police cruisers, the driver stopped when he collided head-on with a third cruiser.
He’s due to be arraigned Monday, according to the Globe.
