A 10-month, $600,000 project to make the Old Town Hall handicapped-accessible has been completed, said Marblehead planner Rebecca Curran. Curran said most of the funds were used to install an elevator in the three-floor building, and to also make the building’s bathroom handicapped accessible. The town will hold an open house Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for the public to tour the building, which was constructed in 1727.
