The Holliston Garden Club is adding a new twist to its traditional holiday floral design program this year by including a fashion show. Holiday Fashion and Flowers will be held Nov. 7 in St. Mary’s Church Parish Hall starting at 7 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres and sweets. Floral designer Sue Kaplan is featured this year, and as she works on holiday-themed designs, Garden Club members will model clothes ranging from casual to cocktail ensembles from Fine Feathers in Medway. Proceeds from the event will benefit the club’s many civic projects, including tree and flower plantings throughout town, programs for children and seniors, Arbor Day events, and scholarship and educational grants. Tickets are $10 in advance, and $12 at the door. Advance tickets may be purchased in town at Coffee Haven, Arcadian Farm, Debra’s Flowers, and Outpost Farm, and in Medway at Fine Feathers. More information about the event is posted on the club’s website, www.hollistongardenclub.org.
