Bids from developers are expected to be received by year’s end on the 28-acre property at 166 Littleton Road that the town’s Municipal Affordable Housing Trust purchased for $1.1 million. Initial plans call for some 15 ownership units, including five to seven condominium town houses. Twenty-five percent of the properties would be classified as affordable under the state’s Chapter 40B law, with the remainder to be sold at market prices.
