The Planning Board will resume its public hearing on the Stone Brook Village housing proposal during its 7 p.m. meeting Monday in the Town House, 17 Common St. The project, originally presented as a Chapter 40B affordable-housing development, was resubmitted to the board last month as housing for residents age 55 or older. The development company, Capital Group Properties, is slated to discuss concerns raised by neighbors over population density, excessive tree clearing, and the possible impact of the proposed common driveway.
