The old Andros Diner on Trapelo Road may be getting a makeover. The popular Greek restaurant has been closed since last winter, when it was seized by the state Department of Revenue with the owners owing $96,135 in back taxes, as well as about $77,000 to the town for unpaid taxes and utilities. The property now has a new owner, Peter Mamounas, who bought the property with his son Zannis, and is looking to lease it. Mamounas said that he has three parties interested in revamping the restaurant, which will need updates to its electricity and plumbing systems, as well as cosmetic repairs. He hopes to have a plan within about a month. - Evan Allen
