The former boyfriend of Channel 7 sports reporter Julie Donaldson, charged with beating her so severely that he broke bones in her face and with striking three other women, pleaded guilty yesterday to the alcohol-fueled assault and was sentenced to serve a year in jail. (Full article: 527 words)
