SALEM -- A Salem man was charged yesterday with his 13th drunken driving offense. Leonard Levasseur, 55, who was arraigned in Salem District Court yesterday morning, has been arrested and convicted 12 times on drunken-driving related charges, according to Salem police prosecutor Conrad J. Prosniewski. His charges date back to 1970. (Full article: 299 words)
