Phil Santoro's article really hits the mark. As a Massachusetts resident living only 4 miles from the border, I use the toll road often. Right now, my time is worth more than themoney I would save by using tokens. I postponed trips to New Hampshire and Maine for weeks, waiting for E-ZPass. Then they seem to have missed the concept ...
