Topping off new Westin hotel
Boston, June 21: This was the topping off - that means the building is finished, and that's the highest beam supposedly to be laid. It's just traditional, with the tree on top and the flag. This is the Westin hotel. I'm very careful on construction sites to make sure everyone has proper equipment on, because they can get in trouble. I used to shimmy the beams, and there'd be like 15 stories below, but now they've gotten a little more touchy. They don't let me up there most times. People think I like heights, but actually I'm not that cool being 30 stories up on steel beams. I actually fell off a building and broke my back. I was out of work four months.
