Ming Chen left China in 1989, seeking a better life. He started out washing dishes in a Chinatown restaurant and was eventually promoted to chef. Working long hours over several years, he saved enough money to bring his wife and daughter to Boston, purchase a house, and open his own restaurant. (Full article: 1790 words)
