'Jonestown' vividly recalls horror of mass suicide
Our blood still runs cold at the word "Jonestown." The photos of bloated bodies -- hundreds of them -- decomposing face down in the jungle heat still take our breath away. They remind us of other charnel houses in history like Srebrenica. These jungle dead killed themselves, however, which renders this evil even more unfathomable. (Full article: 678 words)
