When it was released 17 years ago, ''A Night in Havana: Dizzy Gillespie in Cuba" served mostly as a chronicle of the trumpeter's 1988 trip to a Cuban jazz festival. Now that Dizzy has passed (he died of cancer in 1993), it means something more -- it's an intimate portrait of a legend at the top of his game. (Full article: 265 words)
