Card fees bite students

After having the stuffing kicked out of it for proposing crazy-high fees, Bank of America has seen the lousy publicity - er, light - and backed off. But there are plenty of other financial institutions flying under the radar, imposing similar fees, and getting away with it. Take, for example, an outfit called Higher One: Most of its annual revenue - projected at about $180 million this year - comes from fees, collected mostly from struggling college students.
