New Hampshire native Mike O’Malley gets a bobblehead in Nashua

Mike O’Malley starred in his own sitcom, has a plum role on “Glee,” and writes for the critically-acclaimed Showtime series “Shameless.” But O’Malley’s celebrity status wasn’t sealed until Friday when the New Hampshire native was honored with his very own bobblehead at a Nashua Silver Knights game. And the actor-writer was present as the first 500 fans through the turnstiles at Holman Stadium got one of the mini-O’Malleys. (His bobblehead is wearing a Bishop Guertin uniform, which is his alma mater.) “Mike has gone on to achieve amazing success in Hollywood. We are very lucky to have him at Holman Stadium,” said Silver Knights president Tim Bawmann. This is actually the second O’Malley bobblehead. The Lowell Spinners created one for the actor in 2004.
