Bartender Barry Kierans mixes up this rum drink on the boat and shares the following recipe:
Fill a glass with ice. Add first three ingredients. Top it off with a splash of pineapple juice and cranberry juice. Mix back and forth between two glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge. Sit on the deck and drink it.
