The Mojito Italiano
Add sugar, juice from 1 1/2 limes and three basil leaves to glass. Muddle to get the flavor of basil in the glass. Add a little sparkling water and muddle some more. Add crushed ice, the amaretto and the rum. Top with sparkling water and garnish with basil leaf.
