Now that you are ready to exercise you need to make sure that your diet
supports that and is in check with your goals. Whether its to lose weight
or build muscle your diet is a factor. You will want to reduce sugar and
white flour intake and make sure you are eating five to six smaller meals a day
consisting of healthy complex carbs, protein, fiber, fruits, vegetables,
and a moderate amount of healthy fats such as polyunsaturated and
monounsaturated fats found in olive oil, fish, avocados, and certain nuts.
