10. Progress, motivation, and rewards
Seeing and feeling your progress is a great motivator so you will want to
keep track of what you are doing. You can progress by adding on time to
the cardio part of your workout or add repetitions to your weight routine.
Reward yourself! When you stick to your weekly/monthly exercise schedule
or you reach a goal, reward yourself with a massage, a pedicure, or a new
iPod. You deserve it!!!
