Warm upDo two minutes of jumping jacks or jog up and down stairs to get your heart rate up.
For the exercises that follow, do three sets of 12 to 15 reps using 0- to 10-pound dumbbells -- two water bottles, two cans of soup, or the equivalent will do. You can use these items where you see (db) next to an exercise. Do 25 to 50 jumping jacks when you see (JJ) at the end of an exercise.
