Tips: Your sleep and the time change

This weekend, we will "spring ahead" an hour at 2 a.m., losing an hour of sleep. The beginning of this time change can impact your body and mind, in more ways than just losing that hour of sleep by setting our clocks, according to Dr. Atul Malhotra, medical director of the Sleep Disorders Research Program in the Division of Sleep Medicine at Brigham and Womens Hospital.
