We're all starting 2014 with resolutions to get fit, get active, and generally slim down. Finding motivation can be tough, though. From pumped-up pop to hard rock and metal, the staff shared their 100 workout playlist picks to keep you motivated as you run, swim, jump, stretch, and lift your way into a new year and a healthier body.

Remember mixed tapes? Consider this playlist's musical love letter to you and your health in the New Year.

What are your favorite workout songs? Share your picks in the comments!
