You all know I'm in the throws of marathon training (that race happens Oct. 6, drop me a note in the comments if you want come cheer me on).

And while the training runs don't change except for being long or short, or hilly or flat or fast or slow, the scenery always does. So does how I feel.

Today's 7 miles was about leaving it all behind. Every drop of everything. The only thing that mattered was moving forward.

This post is about the little things I notice when running. Hopefully you can see them, too.
