One of the things I love to do before I commit to a new class, gym, or trainer is try it on for size to see if it fits my needs.
Most places I've been interested in will let you attend a class or try one session at their gym for free before you commit and sign on the dotted line.
Today, Boston Sports Club is hosting an open house, so you can do just that -- try everything out. From 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. you can check out the gym equipment, yoga class, spinning, and cardio kick-box class. If you're a current member, you can bring a friend in to experience the facility for themselves.
