Wine expert Kevin Zraly's bubbly buying tips
"People are scared about wine. They're always scared that they're not doing the right things," said Zraly.
"You don't have to drink champagne or sparkling wine out of a flute," he continued. "I was with a wine maker from Dom Pérignon and he made fun of the flutes. A regular white wine glass will do. And definitely don't put it in those big bowl glasses that have a flatter surface. The flatter the bottom of the glass is, the easier it is for the carbon dioxide to dissipate."
And most important: "Dont get caught up. Too many rules spoil the evening."
