Rice rationing

Warehouse retail chains Sam's Club and Costco are limiting how much rice people can buy. Story here. According to later updates from the Associated Press, BJ's Wholesale Club is holding off on imposing limits. Rice futures soared to an all-time high today; rice prices are up 70 percent. If you're inclined toward hoarding, now might be the time to join BJ's.
