Lincoln has given Southie residents yet another reason to make it their go-to for just about any occasion - Friday lunch. Or Friday funday, however you want to spin it. Starting in June, Lincoln has been open at 11am and stays open throughout the entire day on Fridays. With plenty of options for salads, pizza, sandwiches, beers and cocktails I can think of no better refuge from this ridiculous heat wave. Highlights from lunch were the burrata and the pizza. Note: don't go to Lincoln and not get pizza.

Heirloom Tomato Salad - Maplebrook Farms burrata, basil, olive oil

Caesar Salad - romaine, caesar vinaigrette, Iggy’s crostini, pecorino romano

Spicy Wings - wood fired wings, celery, bleu cheese

Butternut Squash Pizza - fontina, bacon, caramelized onions, pecorino, rosemary oil
