Cedar papers wraps up fish for grill

Wrapping fish, meats, or vegetables in Cedar Grilling Papers infuses them with a subtle woodsy flavor, similar to grilling on a wood plank. But unlike planks, which often can hold a whole fish fillet, these thin 7-inch-square sheets (six for $12.95) are for individual 4-to-5-ounce servings, or a few small skewers, and are especially useful if you are feeding one or two. They become flexible after soaking, which means you can fold them around food, then secure the bundles with wet twine or scallions. As the cedar papers char over hot coals, they fill the backyard with a lovely scent of smoky wood.
