Serves 4
1 1/2 | cups long-grain brown rice |
3 1/4 | cups water |
1/4 | teaspoon salt |
2. Lower the heat, cover the pan, and simmer the rice over very low heat, without stirring, for 45 to 50 minutes or until it is tender but still has some bite.
