This weekend, Food Network viewers get to see local baker Jorg Amsler’s vision of the city through its landmarks - made out of chocolate, sugar, and Rice Krispies. Amsler, owner of Truly Jorg’s Patisserie in Saugus, will make his eighth appearance on Food Network Challenge Oct. 4, facing off against a San Francisco chef in the Edible Cities competition. Amsler made detailed, delectable versions of Fenway Park, the Custom House Tower, John Hancock Tower, the Public Garden (complete with the Swan Boats and Make Way for Ducklings), Longfellow Bridge, Boston Harbor, and more. Tune in to see how the chocolate Zakim Bridge with white fondant cables measures up against its edible Golden Gate counterpart. The Food Network Challenge, Sun 8 p.m. ANDREA PYENSON
