For 20 years, Efthymios (Tim) and Georgia Athanasiadis ran Center House of Pizza in Brighton Center. Then, more than a year ago, they turned the place inside out, renamed it Esperia Grill & Rotisserie, and reopened as an authentic Greek kouzina.
