help wanted hanging sign.jpgWhether it’s that first gig out of college, a dream job, or a career change, Millennials are looking for jobs. And, let’s face it -- the market is tough, and you can use all the help you can get…which is where we come in.

Each week, TNGG Boston will feature a few postings we think you might enjoy.* If you’re a company looking for great young talent, or if you just have a tip about a cool job, email with the details.

*Note: TNGG has not received compensation of any kind from these companies. We just think they’re cool opportunities with interesting companies!

Founded in 1999, BUILD is an organization on a mission to use entrepreneurship to excite and propel disengaged, low-income students through high school and onto success in college. If you think that's a lofty enough goal, you should consider their opening for a Youth Entrepreneurship Program Manager. This position will ensure that all BUILD sophomores acquire the requisite academic, life, and entrepreneurial skills through their participation in the Youth Business Incubator.

Do you love entrepreneurship and want to work in a vibrant workspace shared by a community of entrepreneurs, startups, and independent and remote enterprise professionals? Workbar, a downtown co-working space is hiring a Community Manager. Responsibilities include being the face and the soul of Workbar Boston.

InsightSquared is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to help them go after a $2.5 billion market opportunity for data intelligence for small- and medium-sized businesses. Candidates must be personable and and proficient in SQL. The chosen candidate will help InsightSquared's customers by learning more about their data than the customers know themselves. Think you're up to it?

Hubspot, one of Cambridge's fastest-growing companies, is looking for an ambitious, talented Graphic Designer who wants to hit the ground running, be part of a world-class and insanely awesome marketing team, and doesn't believe that the only cool design jobs are at ad agencies or consumer brands. This person will take all of Hubspot's marketing collateral -- videos, presentations, e-books, microsites, landing pages, banners, flyers, posters, t-shirts, and other brand "swag" -- up a notch (or 10!).
