6136653327_508c6f0e25.jpgWhether it's that first gig out of college, a dream job, or a career change, Millennials are looking for jobs. And, let's face it -- the market is tough, and you can use all the help you can get...which is where we come in.

Each week, TNGG Boston will feature a few postings we think you might enjoy.* If you're a company looking for great young talent, or if you just have a tip about a cool job, email boston@tngg.co with the details.

*Note: TNGG is not receiving compensation of any kind from these companies to advertise these jobs. We just think they’re cool opportunities with interesting companies!

Our first position comes from Likeable Media, an "award-winning social media-leveraging and word-of-mouth marketing firm." They manage social media for over 200 companies, including iconic brands such as 1-800-FLOWERS.com, Verizon FiOS, and Neutrogena, and they're looking for a Social Media Strategy Director, who will ensure that social media plans fit into clients' overall marketing goals. The role requires someone who can stay up-to-date on social media news and communicate directly with clients.

Overdrive Interactive, an integrated digital marketing agency, is looking for a Social Media Specialist, who will be in charge of managing day-to-day communications for clients, work on creating social strategy, and brainstorm new ideas that break through the clutter. The position works with teams across the agency and presents genius ideas directly to agency leaders. Overdrive Interactive's clients include Harley-Davidson, Zipcar, Vistaprint, and Hasbro.

Many of those email newsletters you receive are likely from Constant Contact, a service that makes it easy for businesses to send out emails and track their success. They work with over 450,000 small businesses, non-profits, and associations worldwide and have steadily been growing their employee base in Waltham. They call their jobs "Dream Jobs," and they have a lot of openings. They also offer several internships in, among other areas, Digitial Marketing, PR, and eLearning.

Karmaloop is known for its streetwear and corresponding "verge culture." Based in Boston, this online retailer sells looks from over 300 brands, including Free People, Wildfox, and Obey. They're currently looking for Fall Buyer Interns to work with purchase orders, prep for photo shoots, and help with other various projects. Check out the website, and if your style would fit right in, make sure you consider applying for this awesome internship.

If Monster has helped you with your job search so far, don't forget to check their career opportunities, too! The Cambridge-based jobs database has a few creative positions for recent grads. Right now, they're looking for a copywriter and a visual/web designer. You'll get to work to help others find jobs -- how rewarding is that?
