Hey, local makers! Etsy, the mother of maker marketplaces, is hosting a town hall webcast tomorrow, October 1 with CEO Chad Dickerson. Users and sellers can sign up to watch live and ask questions.
While Dickerson often provides news and updates to the community in the Etsy newsletter, this is the company's first town hall live event in a few years. Etsy has not stated what topics will be discussed, though there is a chance there will be some questions about the site's possible switch from PayPal to its own payment processing system.
If you can't watch live tomorrow, Etsy says it will make a recording available after the webcast.
The Etsy Town Hall will broadcast live at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 1. Register at etsytownhall.com.
