Shoya Zichy is an international seminar leader, coach, and author. She conducts leadership and team building seminars, and is involved with Color Q Personality Profiles, a profiling system that helps people define the best careers for their personlity, among many other things.

Formerly, Shoya had a 15-year career in private banking at Citibank, Merrill Lynch and American Express, which included a four-year expatriate assignment to Hong Kong. She is past president of the Myers Briggs Association of New York and serves on the board of the Financial Women's Association.

She holds an MA from Boston University and is an adjunct lecturer at NYU. She is also an exhibited painter who works hang in numerous collections including those of Hillary Clinton and the family of Samuel LeFrak. More information on
