E-mail is life A survey of 10,000 e-mail users shows that 73.8 percent of people now say e-mail is essential to their lives. For some, e-mail is so integral to their lives that 14.9 percent would 'rather live without their spouse or significant other than go without e-mail, and 6 percent said they would rather lose their home.'
