Headquartered in London, Flashtalking is an international provider of digital advertising products, service and support for online advertisers and media buying and creative agencies.
J. Morgan Seigler, a principal at TA Associates, and Jonathan W. Meeks, a managing director at TA Associates, will join Flashtalking’s board of directors, the firm said in its press release.
TA’s press release cited data from IDC, the market research firm. According to IDC, 22 percent of ad spending is now allocated online; that market is valued at more than $60 billion worldwide.
Travers Smith and Goodwin Procter (which has offices in Boston) provided legal counsel to TA Associates. Corporate finance advice was provided to TA Associates by Madison Alley Global Ventures. SGH Martineau served as legal counsel to Flashtalking.
