Biogen Idec Inc. , the state’s second-largest biotechnology company, unveiled a broad restructuring plan yesterday that includes cutting 650 jobs, 13 percent of its global workforce, while closing a cancer research lab in San Diego and two offices in Massachusetts. (Full article: 941 words)
