A Middlesex Superior Court judge in Cambridge has certified a class-action lawsuit filed against Wal-Mart Corp. by workers at its North Attleborough store. The order by Judge Ernest B. Murphy allows more than 55,000 workers nationwide to seek redress as a group, according to San Francisco lawyer Carolyn Beasley Burton, who represents the plaintiffs.
