The Writers Guild of America is closing in on its second month on the picket lines. As far as labor disputes go, this one has been especially painful for fans of "The Office," "Grey's Anatomy," and "30 Rock." And it's likely that TV viewers will start the new year choosing between a convoluted reality show and reruns.
